Well today is officially the 1 year anniversary of my journey into being my own boss and it has been a roller coaster, but I don't regret it at all.
Covid 19 certainly restricted me, and many others doing face to face training, but it has also opened up opportunities.

I don't regret a thing but look forward to the return of face to face training very soon.
Online training was always a way for me to catch up with a person in a remote location or those who had missed a session at a site and a Zoom training session saved them a journey. Now it's the 'norm', but I don't think it will ever replace the interaction you get in a room of people.
I've 'met' many great people over the last year and I hope to see at least some of them again in person at some point. The business is in a very different place to where I thought it would be after a year, but I'm able to do the things I set out to achieve and the home/work life balance is much better.
I will be raising a glass of my favourite UN3065 (apologies, I can't post without at least a nod to DG) this evening and wonder what the next year will bring.
